Said I had unlocked free shipping after providing Canadian address, then charged me 20 SHP(Saint Helena Pound) instead of Canadian dollars for shipping. Charged whole order in SHP, charged not processed! Said I would have 40% off first order for signing up but email arrived after putting in the order then got a second email saying 30% off first order. Refused to apply either to the first order and said it was for the next order even though the email would not apply to any order afterwards. Refused to cancel the order and now even though the package is in its original shipping packaging and unopened they will not respond on how to send the item and get a refund even though I have an email saying I can return and will be refunded. Now trying to only offer store credit. What don’t you understand? I don’t want anything from your website or company just my money back! It’s disgusting the way this company operates!

Said they can’t do refunds or adjust orders but here there is an individual that says they refunded them some money and the company acknowledged it.

Also can’t submit negative review on their website just loads forever.

Also waiting over an hour for a reply in the chat on the returns section.

Update: Help with what, I have an email for a return and now you won’t even honour that?

There is absolutely no help when talking to customer service. I don’t want anything from this website or your products! Just my money back! I don’t want store credit. What is going on here. Constant false statements. I want the amount you charged in (SHP)Saint Helena Pound me minus the 20 SHP for shipping.

See where it says “refund” TWICE, so no I don’t want STORE CREDIT.

Great pillow cases!

Might get the Duvet Cover just wish there were more dark colours.

These pillow cases are great! While they’re great for women’s hair they’re just as good for guys. Wake up with way less tangles and almost no bed head.

No response after a few brief emails. They sent the wrong parts now no remedy.

After a rough start they did get all the parts to us. Changing from 1 to 4 stars
