Booked for a Saturday night into early Sunday morning and there were plenty of spaces. Well lit so felt my car would be safe and came back and it was. £15 for from 8am to 2am next day so not bad money compared to other car parks in the city centre.

Chris is a class act. 10/10 instructor. Always really good workouts, new and varied exercises, and lots of physio knowledge - he really knows his stuff and welcomes everyone of all abilities and ages etc.
