Terrible customer service and no return available
I accidentally ordered the wrong size case and immediately messaged them to cancel order. They said it was too late to cancel even though I had just ordered it.
Now that I have received the case I want to return it and they are making it very difficult. My email says the case is delivered but when I click on my order it still says it's being processed. Terrible website and terrible customer service. Will not be ordering from them again!
Update: just spent $10 dollars to return case which could have been avoided if they cancelled original order as requested. Order number #22955756
