Very smooth process from start to finish as Sophie took the time to fully explain everything to me so there were no surprises!
I was very impressed with the pre-surgery (reminders and reassurances leading up for the surgery) & aftercare support/check-ins that I received.
I’ve also been using the hair products recommended and I’ve really noticed a difference in overall health of my hair.
100% would recommend Sophie to anyone looking any hair loss treatments - you’re in safe hands.
