Very bad experience

Very bad experience.
There is not mobile reception at the lobby so you can’t pay online. Then in the GYM
There is no mobile reception and the free WIFI for non members is very broken, so I couldnt listen to my podcast while working out.
The treadmill cools down after 20 min. Which is so annoying for a longer walk or run.
Also a towel service could have been helpful.

We're sorry to hear that you've had some issues connecting to the wi-fi in the gym. Whilst we always endeavour to provide good connectivity for our members when in the gym, from time to time this does not always work and we recommend speaking with your Gym Manager directly regarding this.

To connect to the Wi-Fi, select the PureGym Wi-Fi and you will be redirected to a log in page whereby you will just need to enter your email address and PureGym PIN! If issues persist, please speak to a member of staff in the gym.
