OBC part replaced broken after 6 months

I have a 2022 eC4. Last year, the AC charger stopped working. Citroen technician said it was needed a firmware updated, so I paid 200+ euros for it. It didn't solve the issue. Had to bring the car again to the shop, and then I was told the OBC needed to be replaced. They performed the replacement of the part under warranty, but I still had to pay 200+ euros again for labor. So far, 400+ euros.
Now, around 6 months later, the DC charger stopped working. Again, I brought the car to Citroen, and, again, I paid 200+ euros to update the firmware. Once again, it was not the root cause. Issue persisted, and I had to bring the car again. Guess what? OBC board again was broken. Now, Citroen is claiming that I must pay 50% of the part to be replaced on their "good will" because they don't give warranty on replaced parts. I can't emphasize enough on how ridiculous this is. I already spent 600+ euros with this bad maintenance at Citroen, and now they want me to pay 2100 euros to replace a damaged OBC that they just replaced 6 months ago.
This is ridiculous.
Dealer didn't care, Citroen didn't care.
I need my car to travel and I can't because the DC charger does't work. Calling Citroen Suppoer Service and nobody picks up the phone, and when they do, I stay on hold forever.
What a disappointment car brand, what a disrespectful customer service.
Don't buy Citroen! And I not saying this because I think they have a bad quality service and parts. I am saying this because the Citroen attendant at the dealer today told me: "Citroen doesn't give guarantee on replaced parts", which means that if you don't guarantee the parts you are replacing and the service you provided is good and reliable, it only means you are not a good professional and don't use quality parts. It means you have a bad product.

Twice I had the same issue with my eC4

Twice I had the same issue with my eC4. The OCB stops working for the second time after 6 months it was replaced. On both times, the Citroen dealer updated the firmware and charged me more than 200 euros each time for something that doesn't solve the problem as it is not related to firmware issue.
In both times, the car was not tested properly and the issue persisted, and I had to bring the car back for proper work. The last time was the most impressive, after I mentioned multiple times the issue was on DC charger, they updated the firmware (for nothing), charged me the service, and when I asked if the vehicle was tested before calling me claiming the issue was fixed, for my surprise, they tested the AC charger, which was never the problem.
It seems the Citroen front desk are not well prepared to understand what the customer says, and the mechanics seems not to be fully prepared to proper service the vehicles.
I like the car, but this post sales service is just disappointing. I will soon sell the car, once fixed, and by a Volvo instead.

The staff is polity and friendly

The staff is polity and friendly. The location and the store environment is great, clean, and cozy.
What bothered me was the delay to get resolved on first time right. My car was not charging and they tried to update the software, but it didn't solve the problem. I had to bring my car back back so they could diagnostic the problem properly. The issue was still not solved as I had to wait for parts to be delivered and bring the car a third time, almost 3 weeks later. It gave me the impress nobody actually tested the car properly before delivering and saying it was solved at the first time. If the right diagnostic was given on first time, we could have solved the problem faster.
At least on the third time, as the car took 2 days to get ready instead of normal 1 day work, they borrow me a car without extra charge, and this was a very nice touch that I appreciated a lot.
