Locating stuffs was difficult, opening and closing the doors is difficult because it asked for number instead of qr code.

Hi there - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We always advise that new members have an induction to ensure they are familiar with the lay out of the gym and understand how to use the different pieces of equipment. Inductions are usually placed on the class time table.
You can also get in touch with the Gym Manager via email, and an induction can be arranged for a specific date and time.
Alternatively, members are able to speak to the staff in the gym (if they are not on the gym floor, please feel free to knock on the staff room door) and have an induction. Thanks, PureGym
