Amazing selection of healthy corals

Amazing selection of healthy corals at very reasonable prices. I would say probably the best customer service too when it comes to communication from the point of sale and through to delivery. All the corals we have bought from DBME have arrived in perfect condition and are still going strong and looking great!

Review of Crystal Ski Holidays

Poor communication and unorganised


I recently traveled to Tignes with Crystal Ski, and while the destination itself was fine, the organization and communication from Crystal Ski were nothing short of appalling.

The issues began as soon as we arrived in France. We were made to sit on the transfer coach for over an hour while Crystal Ski staff attempted to resolve why there were two extra passengers. Both of these individuals were heading to the exact same resort as everyone else on the bus, so why this took so long is beyond me. The situation was handled poorly, with little communication to the rest of us who were left waiting with no clear explanation.

Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of the disorganization. On the return leg, our flight was delayed for 11 hours at Chambéry Airport. Despite having multiple reps on-site, there was a shocking lack of communication. While other flights were provided with hot sandwiches, all we were given was a single doughnut. It felt as though our group was completely overlooked. Any attempts to seek clarity or updates from the reps were met with vague or non-existent responses.

Crystal Ski’s poor management turned what should have been a stress-free holiday into a frustrating experience. With so many reps present, one would expect at least some semblance of coordination or support, but there was none to be found. It’s clear they need to seriously reevaluate their approach to customer service and crisis management.

I would not recommend Crystal Ski based on this experience. A company handling this many customers should be far better organized and communicative.

We're sorry to hear that your holiday didn't go as planned, it's always a guideline to make sure that we have the correct passengers on each transfer coach to avoid any delays or passengers being left behind, sometimes this takes longer than others and though they may be going to the same resort there may be a reason why they should be on a different coach.

Fantastic Experience Flying with Jet2 to Tenerife!

I recently had the pleasure of flying with Jet2 to Tenerife, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've had. From start to finish, everything ran like clockwork.

The check-in process was efficient and stress-free, setting the tone for a great journey. Once onboard, I was immediately impressed by the crew's warm and friendly demeanor. They went out of their way to ensure everyone felt comfortable, greeting passengers with genuine smiles and attending to every need with professionalism and care.

I wouldn’t hesitate to fly with Jet2 again and highly recommend them for anyone planning a trip to Tenerife or beyond. It’s clear they truly care about delivering a top-notch experience!
