I bought a day pass at 3pm and it wouldn’t let me back in after gojng outside for a smoke

If you could get in touch with us directly with the Gym Manager/Member Services to provide more information (which gym, what date/time etc.) we can look into assisting you with this.

There is also an Assist button at the gym entrance you can press, when pressed a local member of staff will come to the door to assist you. Thanks, PureGym.
