Unfriendly staff,yesterday I was in the Gym in Ashford and I was leaving after my class and my phone battery died. So I couldn't scan the code and open the door.I was there literally around 19 min.almost begging for help.Gym lady (PT,)she said she can't help as her work hours not started yet.
Unbelievable how I was treated yesterday.
Also I made official complaint by email which was ignored!
