Order not delivered and no response from the seller

Update: I have received a response saying the wilted flowers will be delivered this week (more than 3 days since it's supposed to be delivered) and Adina the responder said: "I suggest to wait for your delayed package to arrive at the recipient's house and to see how the flowers will look like when they are delivered."

What kind of service is this?! The worst service ever!

I ordered flowers from Regiobloemist from Indonesia as a surprise for my partner in Belgium, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The order was never delivered, and despite contacting customer service, I received no response to my complaint.

The DPD driver claimed they couldn’t deliver the package, but my partner was at home all day, ready to receive it. I specifically chose a Saturday delivery to ensure the timing worked, yet the flowers ended up sitting in storage and are likely ruined by now.

This failure robbed me of a meaningful moment I had planned with my partner—something truly priceless. To make matters worse, I have no clarity on whether I’ll get a replacement, and since my partner won’t be at home on weekdays, arranging a new delivery feels impossible.

I am deeply frustrated by the lack of communication and the complete breakdown of service. This was a special gesture, and Regiobloemist failed to deliver on their promise.
