As a loyal customer of over 4 years I’m very disappointed in the service, after my first 24 month contract expired I was contacted and given options of better deals and agreed on another 24 month deal. This expired a few months ago and I hold my hands up as I should be checking my direct debit costs, but have been getting charged an extra £15 pounds a month. And when I raised a query the company said they could reduce my charges by about £18 pounds a month just like that. If I hadn’t noticed how long would they keep rising me probably forever. Not the correct way to treat loyalty.

As a loyal customer of Admiral for 7…

As a loyal customer of Admiral for 7 plus years, and to have never made a claim, to get a renewal quote with a increase of over £700 I think is beyond a joke and am very disappointed. I cancelled straight away and have renewed with Sheila’s wheels and saved myself the cost of a week abroad. Always check your renewal quotes and shop around.

We appreciate your 7 years of loyalty and apologise the premium has increased from last year. I know it is a frustrating experience when that happens, especially when you have received cheaper quotes from alternative insurers.
We do use a variety of factors to calculate our renewal prices each year. As well as rating on your personal information and driving history, we do rate on UK wide claims statistics, such as claims in your area, claims over the UK for the type of cars you drive, and the cost of these claims to us as an insurer. This is why our prices can vary, even if no policy information has changed over the past 12 months.

We hope that you will give us another chance to serve you in the future, we appreciate you sharing your experience, we are always looking at ways to improve and take all feedback on board.

My late father had a pension held by…

My late father had a pension held by Transact. Now trying to withdraw said funds from his account couldn’t have been anymore difficult than it has. I’ve had to submit more information every time I’ve spoken with them, they have made it so complicated and upsetting that I’ve nearly given up. Absolute disgrace of a company and would advise anyone not to invest with them. Buy Gold store it in a safety deposit box. At least your dependents will be able to access it and it will actually be worth something. Now May 2025 and still making excuses😡

Purchased a lemon basil and blood…

Purchased a lemon basil and blood orange and mint and aloe Vera. Really not impressed the fragrances are vile, both smell like potpourri, and as a bloke that’s not what I want. Won’t be purchasing any more.
