Unprofessional Service and False Promises – A Complete Waste of Time!
I purchased a product during the Black Friday sale on this website, with a delivery date set for a later time. Despite no notifications or updates, the product was not delivered on the scheduled date. I waited for two weeks, only to be told week after week that it would arrive soon. Finally, I received an email stating that the product was defective and would not be shipped. Instead, they offered me alternative products with so-called discounts.
This company is unreliable and a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.
