Paying for a gym I can’t use…
Bad experience so far! Joined in mid December as the gym was due to open on 20th December. 2 weeks later and the gym still hasn’t opened yet and they’ve already taken my first payment! They’ve now changed the opening date to early 2025 - who knows when that will be! I’m effectively paying for a gym I can’t use!

The opening date of a gym can always be subject to change. The 1st payment is always taken to secure the offer you have signed up on and set your membership up. No further payments will be deducted until the 2nd month of the gym being open.
