Ordered a pair of OC trainers

Ordered a pair of OC trainers. Waited ages for them and they sent the wrong size.
They are now totally ignoring the 8 emails I’ve sent asking for a refund return and wonder these are even real OC trainers .
Never buy anything from these - awful

Gym is always clean and staff very friendly.
Spin , core and strength classes are excellent-
Very challenging and always joined in by and led by the gym staff team
