when i went to the gym on the second…

when i went to the gym on the second day i entered my code at the entrance like 5 different times and it wasn't working and i felt so bad, but inside the gym is a nice place but i didn't get to enjoy my 3 days

If you could get in touch with us directly with the Gym Manager/Member Services to provide more information (which gym, what date/time etc.) we can look into assisting you with this.

There is also an Assist button at the gym entrance you can press, when pressed a local member of staff will come to the door to assist you. Thanks, PureGym.
