Induction
My friend and I attended Energie Fitness in Erith today for an induction to the gym. We were welcomed by Wayne, who guided us through the gym, teaching us how to use the equipment as well as informing us what exercises would be good for our goals.
He was friendly and informative and provided much depth to all areas of fitness and healthy eating.
We are both thankful to Wayne and now look forward to attending on a regular basis.
