Probably my worst experience ever says…

Probably my worst experience ever says shipping 7/10 days I spent over £1200 and payed express shipping it’s been over a month they ignore me ask me for different addresses to post when they had my adresse this whole time im moving country in a week or so the instagram page and email help team wont respond any more 2 pendants had a photo inside that was all every think else was there products on page promising satisfaction and charging express shipping to take my money not reply any more and not deliver my goods on there time it’s been over x5 the express shipping totalling 31 days now no idea were my product is or my hard earned money this site certainly steer clear scam for sure. I do reviews for a living and had high hopes for this company extremely frustrated and disappointed and out of pocket 😡😡😡😡😡😡 how can u charge £30 express shipping and take 30+ days over a photograph to insert

I’m very concerned I placed an order…

I’m very concerned I placed an order over £1000 over 2 weeks ago I’ve had no update on tracking or any think no response to any of my emails for such a large company why is there no staff on had for reassurance now I feel like I’ve been robbed

I have been using this service 20+…

I have been using this service 20+ years I booked a taxi wich my daughter got in to who is 14 years of age 2 mins up the road he kicks her out the taxi when asked if she’s paying with cash she said yes he said I want the money up front or you can get out this is a meter job. My daughter knocking my door in the cold I have never experienced such behaviour towards a child. Now questioning if this service is safe to use.
