My family and I have had Hokas for years. All of us.Running shoes, hiking shoes and boots. I bought a new pair of boots from a seller on eBay. The sole started falling off and Hoke were not interested. “ Take them to a resit shop”. Customer service was appalling. Stand by your product Hoka, whoever sells them. This has been a massive disappointment in a much loved brand and all they could say was we can help you buy a new pair from us. Not a chance. My trust in the quality of your product has gone and more importantly the trust in your customer service standing behind the brand. Really poor.

Great service from a smaller tackle company. Very quick delivery (beautifully packaged, love the stickers!). You can earn points to gain some money off future purchases which is always great. Throughly recommend this, support small businesses as much as you can.

Awful delivery and customer service. This is the third expensive parcel that has been lost by them in two months. Getting in touch with Evri is a total waste of time. They have no clue what is going on do you might as well bypass them and go back to the sender. I would not trust this firm and no longer use them myself. Royal Mail or DPD have a handle on their business. Evri are incompetent to say the least
