Review of Energie Fitness
I I had to freeze my account for a month due to medical grounds and wished to cancell my account. You have to give 30 days notice when cancelling(we were not told this when signing up was told could cancell anytime)So this 30 days freezing due to medical grounds covers the 30 days notice period. Money was still taken from my account when freezing.
No where does it say you must pay a month after you cancell you account just says must give a months notice.

Review of Energie Fitness
Was a good gym. New manager recently took over all the good staff have left as do not like the new manager.
My locker was broken into with a pair of bolt croppers by the manager with no prior warning. When asked what has happened was told to go away as he was busy with a class. There was only one member of staff in on a busy Saturday morning.
Finally got my stuff back after multiple visits to the gym and was told they need to install new lockers as a reason.
Have cancelled membership. Hopefully once they get better staff will go bk
