Oh my god !

Oh my god !! The absolute absolute worst company to deal with. I am still chatting with them is now one hour and 45 minutes just to get a replacement hose. Additionally, they want to charge me for shipping. They should be covering this hose and shipping at this rate an hour and 45 minutes of my time talking to two different chat agents who don’t respond at all additionally, the agent despite me sending numerous photos and even typing out the model number and the issue for him various times then was trying to place an order for a completely different part for a completely different model. Do they not read these chats? What are they doing? Can they just pay attention to one chat at a time?

This has been a horrendous experience

This has been a horrendous experience. Not only do you use marketing lies in your “hassle free returns” verbiage but then to return you make me pay to return to Vancouver when you also have a Quebec address listed which would be closer to Ontario. Now it’s been since October 2025 and I haven’t received my money back ! This is a scam company of anything. Send my money immediately it’s been months. Never have I ever had this poor of an experience with online shopping and it’s a shame because the products are relatively good.

I’m very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and for how long this has taken to resolve.

We have sent you a detailed email and refund today, including the contributing factors that when your return arrived at our warehouse, it did not include the required return paperwork which meant the warehouse was unable to immediately link the shoes to a specific order.

That said, your refund has been issued today to the original method of payment. Sorry again that we didn’t solve the return faster.

insulting that they insinuate i dont…

insulting that they insinuate i dont know how to use a nightlight and the lights need to be off. DUH. i own four of them. one has stopped working and its my most recent purchase. they asked me to send additonal videos proving it doesnt work in the dark., i already sent videos and pictures. so i sent another one. they are just wasting time and energy. i have spent hundred to ship to canada and supporting their business.
they do not honour their discounts for their reviews. they again insulted my intelligence saying it wasnt working because of not selecting the right button. i was sending a video of the screen to show it wont enter and theres a site error. they just dropped my case so i had to continually open a new one. insanely annoying company to deal with. this night light chat is taking 2 months to resolve. the other half a year.

I would like to clarify that the video that you had initially sent contradicted the instructions for usage, so our team requested another video to confirm the issue.
