The customer service is atrocious! It has taken days to try and sort out a spare part. No one answers the phone, goes straight to voice mail. Stuck in the chat that will take anywhere between 6 - 24 hours for a response to your next message.

Either late or don't show up at all. Sort it out Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. It's a joke! Still pathetic.
