I joined Energie fitness city west in December I done a couple of classes which I really enjoyed all of the instructor are lovely and very welcoming especially Kevin and yulia, Kevin was one of the first to show me around and always has a smile on his face when you enter the gym nothing is too much trouble I felt so welcome starting with little to none gym experience I then started PT sessions with yulia she’s amazing from her meal plan to the PT app the results I’m seeing are amazing I’ve already done 8 sessions and have signed up for another 12 starting with her again today and I can’t wait to see these results thanks so much for everything ~Laura Das

Appalled by the customer service of gym king.
My order still has not arrived it was €132 on my last review I was told I got an email to help resolve issue I did not receive any email. I feel like I have been robbed.
I want my money back.

Ordered €132 worth of clothes I’ve been messaging the chat bot from gym king for days which no one online has responded to where my items are they are well past expected delivery date I’ve also sent an email to which I am awaiting response. This is my second time ordering from gym king with a bad experience my first time all the wrong items where sent but I was issued a refund but would of preferred the proper items as they where a present. This is the second chance I’ve given and again I’m not happy as I’ve no clothes and no response

Terrible experience a friend recommended this service I had dr hasann yesterday and still have no prescription sent to my pharmacy i went with this service as I needed an antibiotic urgently I paid €45 and €10 extra for a sick note I now need to book in with another doctor as I still have no antibiotics so I’ve wasted €45 I want a refund. I did not get the service I paid for when I rang dr online for support they where very unhelpful I’ve also whatsapped and emailed
