the parts were reasonably priced. the website was easily navigated.. my employer decided after I had already placed the order to get a second opinion on the broken equipment and I needed to cancel my order. I was able to locate an online chat, provide my order information and have the transaction canceled within minutes.. I did try to call first and an automated machine told me to go online then left me to leave a message. that part was strange honestly but we got it done. so no harm no foul

I became an advantage member cost me 39.99 but comes with free shipping for 1 year... that is if they would give you the option at check out all you can do is pay for shipping or resign up to become a member. also my last purchase gave me the option to be come a member for 39.99 this time it was half as much just a week later. guess everyone pays a diffrent membership fee...what a scam I'm so angry right now I'll probly never do buisness with this company again. oh I'm guessing your wondering why didn't I talk to a representative? I did they gave me the run around told me to log out and log back in with my customer number wich there wasn't an option for that...in the end I'm at work and needed to finish this transaction otherwise I'd have fought it to the end
