The customer service on live chat was very frustrating as it can end a few times and you have to repeat the same comments over and over again. I’ve ordered toilets, sinks and radiators from here and 0 complaints about the quality. Just second time round I had some issues with the customer service and some were just rude and not wanting to help. Thanks to this gentleman David Fairhutst I had lost my patience after speaking to 4 other agent on live chat (in the same day) and he was the reason why I didn’t cancel my order. So helpful, went the extra mile and honestly is the main reason I’m here to leave a review because of how much he turned my whole experience around. In future I’m going to ask to speak directly to him if possible. One week without information on my tracking order after emailing and countless live chats only he manages to get my tracking information sent over within minutes because he actually wanted to help. David has certainly made me a returning customer and has stoped me from giving this review a 1 because in all honesty the quality of the products are great just the customer service side was letting them down.
