Taking our business elsewhere.
We have had our nectar mattress since 2018. It started to compress/sag in the areas my husband and I sleep every night in probably 2023. We finally started to get back pain and do something about it now in 2025 seeing as nectar has a lifetime warranty. I contacted the company and they advised me to send pictures of the mattress and tag so they could see the problem areas. They replied to me within the hour and told me our mattress is not covered under warranty due to stains ON THE TOP PROTECTIVE COVER. These stains, mind you, are from normal body oils over time. But Nectar did not care to hear us out and simply stated that the “substance stains” could be breaking down the mattress foam so therefore they are voiding our lifetime warranty for good. WTF?! The pictures CLEARLY show the compression from where TWO BODIES LAY on both sides of the bed!! It’s like they’re looking for any little excuse to not send you a free mattress. My husband and I were prepared to also upgrade and pay the extra money for a hybrid mattress but after this experience we will sharing our terrible experience about nectar and finally taking our business elsewhere. If you intend on trying to use your lifetime warranty make sure your mattress is absolutely PERFECT before you send in pictures because Nectar is looking for any possible reason to nullify your warranty!
