Visit to Pure Gym Dunfermline. Gym was not too busy today and so good availability of kit. Gym was clean and with classes in full swing, better atmosphere than in evening when kit availability and ‘busy-ness’ can make it difficult to have a concentrated workout. Dunfermline can suffer from those who ‘hog’ the machines for hours and is not helped by lack of ‘policing’ by Gym staff of those who sit on phones while others wait for kit to become available- a cultural change would improve availability and improve workouts. Still believe these types of gyms miss out by not asking their gym trainers to engage more with general members to correct poor technique or advising on more beneficial exercises. Would benefit both the members and the gym… opportunity missed! Otherwise, Pure Gym Dunfermline represents good value for money 🏋️‍♂️👍
