Had my ears checked, she had taken a photo and seen that my ears did not need cleaning. So was happy to pay but felt a £60 standard charge for a 10 min chat was a bit too pricey, so always check first ,as I know specsavers don't charge full amount if they don't need cleaning! My mistake.

Overall really disappointed with the stopping of all morning classes 9am / 9.15 am, being a member for over 4 years + ,I now know of at least 20 members at least ,who are moving to other gyms, these were full classes, pump ,bodytone, circuits ect. So feel the gym has not listened to its members, who have constantly questioned why these classes have stopped. It was a great atmosphere and buzz in the mornings and the gym has lost that energy.
