Had a problem with my integrated Fridge/Freezer supplied by Howdens with my full new kitchen and phoned them and they suggested what the problem was (overfilling the freezer made it completely over) I had pulled the fronts of the drawers off and broke them - they ordered a new set for me and when I collected them they said no charge - can't praise them highly enough - fantastic customer service and would recommend them to anyone !!
