The gym is friendly. They welcome anyone to the gym. The staff are also friendly and most of them are approachable. The equipment caters for any member that wants to exercise. Noone is forced to exercise. If you need a little pushing, you can join a class. It's a 24 hour gym hence you can visit anytime you want. The only thing that I personally do not like are the stairs. If only they can open the lift. I'm okay coming down. I have heard people talking about the stairs. Other than that, Puregy is the nicest thing that came to Coventry.

Skydome is a 24 hour gym hence you go when it best suits you. Its never overcrowded. It teaches people to be self motivated. There is a variety of equipment to suit different needs. If you need a bit of motivation, you can join the classes and there are no issues. Everyone is welcome. I have seen people who suffered from a stroke coming to the gym accompanied by family or physiotherapist. The place is hygienic. There are cleaning stations dotted around the gym whereby members are encouraged to clean afyer using the machines. In addition to that, staff thoroughly clean the machines throughout the day. The toilets are clea.
