Dirty apartment, mold in the kitchen above the table, dust everywhere, no interest in the quality of the guests' stay, indifferent support for reported problems.

We would like to clarify that none of our apartments have ever had issues with mold — especially not on visible surfaces such as above the kitchen table. Our cleaning staff is highly experienced and would never overlook such a serious issue if it were present. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and every unit is thoroughly checked before each guest's arrival.
We are also always available to promptly respond to any concerns, provided they are reported with clear visual evidence immediately after check-in or by the following morning in the case of a late arrival. In such cases, we are more than happy to send our staff for an additional cleaning at no extra cost.
We take the quality of our guests' stay very seriously and always do our best to resolve any issue quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, in this case, we did not receive any verifiable report during your stay, which made it impossible for us to intervene effectively.
