I didn't want to write a bad review but…

I didn't want to write a bad review but I'm so frustrated sending multiple messages and emails and getting no reply.
Replied straight away when I questioned about signing up but as soon as I asked about a free bet they have totally ignored me.

I used this site before reading the reviews so when I won £100 on free spins I was very worried I would not receive my winnings but I did the next day after sending my verification details. Chat was helpful too.

Refused to give free bets due to some rubbish about shared IP address. I used my phone on my private WiFi. Never a problem with other sites. When asked about receiving proof (multi times) it was denied. Avoid
