Product Arrived Incomplete, No Resolution Provided

I purchased a kitchen tap as a replacement due to an emergency leak. While I was happy with the product itself – the experience overall has been disappointing.

Unfortunately, the tap arrived without the necessary fittings. The box appeared to have been previously opened. I initially emailed customer service to explain the issue but received no response. A few days later, I called and spoke with a member of staff who assured me they were looking into the matter and that I would receive a response within 48 hours. However, I never heard back.

The missing fittings were never sent, and my query was never resolved or addressed. As a result, I had to buy another kitchen tap elsewhere due to the urgency of the situation. Sadly, this has been one of the poorest customer service experiences I've encountered.

I've had a really good experience

I've had a really good experience at this gym. The staff are friendly and approachable, which makes for a comfortable environment. There’s a nice variety of classes available, and the instructors do a great job of guiding you through the sessions and correcting your form when needed. The gym is consistently clean and well-maintained, and I’ve never had trouble finding the machine I want, even during busier times. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend it to others looking for a reliable, local option that’s open 24/7.
