Very Disappointing Experience

Very disappointing Experience. I tried this gym because it's nearby to my house. I went for the first time and put my bag in the locker room and used my own padlock. after gym i went home.
The day after i went for groceries and pick my wallet and i just noticed my cash was missing and my Debit card was missing too. I went again that night and i check the locker. It turns out that even when you lock it with the padlock you can literally still open it. I went to 3 different gyms already. And this is my first time that this happened to me.

Here at PureGym, we do advise that when attending the gym, members are responsible for their own belongings. Whilst we understand your frustration in regard to this matter, as detailed within our gym rules which are agreed to upon membership commencement:

• Members are solely responsible for their own belongings when visiting PureGym. PureGym accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property.
