Room for improvement
I have the mobile Abo since 4 years and was super happy. Than I've order internet for my home. Activation time at least 2 weeks which is duable. When I called and asked if its possible to have it earlier the person at the phone was very rude and unpolite. Next, I received the modem + glasfaser box a week in advance but I am missing the adapter from the modem. I had to wait 30 min on the phone to receive an answer which meant I need to wait until I receive my activation Code than I need to call again to request a new modem. So my internet will be accessible later than expected. Even though I was happy for 4years these things are very much annoying
