Exceptional…..just do it you won’t be disappointed.
My introductory visit was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Having not used the gym for a very long time the staff have all been incredibly supportive and kind. Being older and overweight made me unsure about joining but everyone had been lovely and I don’t feel out of place at all. Vikki the assistant manager in particular has really helped me to feel as though I can achieve my goals. Having previously visited other gyms and classes costing an awful lot more I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and range of classes and equipment for such great value for money.
