Horrible experience as a seller of a high-value watch. DO NOT list there.

They earned my seller listing by saying they offered authentication services for "watches $5,000 and above"--an essential service to any high end buyer. After I found an interested buyer for my $45,000 listing, Chrono24 refused to perfrom the authentication service, saying there was a cap of $35,000. The buyer and I found a different authentication and escrow service and used that to complete the transaction. Chrono24 charged me the full selling amount, threatening me with theft of services if I didn't pay, even though they misrepresented their services to get the listing they never should have earned. It was a total bait and switch.
