Number Porting - contradicting information
Hello. I have been trying to port my number to you, however it has not been successful. I have not been explained why the porting has been failing. I keep receiving contradicting information, for example, I have already received a physical sim card, but I had originally requested an e-sim card. Another example is that SIM card, which is linked to the correct phone number, still shows as 'declined' on your (number porting) website. I am not sure if the number porting has been successful or not at this point.
