Poor service

Poor service. I purchased an oven. when it arrived it did not work and one of the dials was the wrong way around. called customer services and they were no help. i got put through, put on hold and disconnected several times. Finally i was told i had to take a video to prove the item was faulty and upload it onto my account. i informed that that i need a replacement oven ASAP as i have two young children. 3 days later and i haven heard anything from them. i have had to go to a more reliable company and get one. now its sitting in my hall way waiting to be collected.

I received an email, no call! I email straight back 2 days ago amd no response. All I want is for the item to be collected and a refund asap.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues with your oven and the difficulties you faced trying to get support from our customer service team. We completely understand how stressful this must have been, especially with young children and without a working oven.

A case manager attempted to reach you on 24/09, but was unable to get through. An email has been sent as an alternative. If you respond directly, they will prioritize resolving your issue.

Great product and professional service

We received our order quickly. We had to report damage to the delivery and Tile Mountain quickly dispatched replacement tiles and dealt with the issue. Very good quality and will be using Tile mountain again for future renovation projects.
