We would not recommend…
On the company collecting our contents from our pick up address not all items were packed together which made unpacking on the other end frustrating looking through boxes. Also the movers also knocked our letterbox over with their truck the day before our house was due to be sold which made things stressful. The company did offer a contribution to fix it which was positive. Once all items were picked up the quoted price and volume went up by $600 which was almost 10m3 of contents different. On the other end we had multiple damaged items which the $3500 insurance policy would not cover because of storage on the other end. Our experience has been we would not recommend this company!!

We were really disappointed to learn of damages to your consignment. We have not seen photos of any damaged items, but the packed and loaded container looked in excellent condition prior to export. We are happy to share photos of the loaded container for your records and would welcome receipt of any images you have, to review them with our team.
In your situation the effects were insured for the period of transit, however the policy does not remain valid indefinitely. Unfortunately, the policy lapsed, after you put your effects into storage. Storage arrangements were not discussed with us, and we were unable to give you advice around this.
The final removal cost did increase slightly as the volume of effects presented for export increased. The increase in cost was modest and simply covered the additional materials and labour required at origin and destination to move the increased volume. In percentage terms the percentage increase in cost was half the percentage increase in volume.
