Horrible experience.
Hi, Service forgot about my car and after 2,5 hour passed, I asked if I can get my car as planned and they notived that service has not started work yet. Then it was lunch time. Then mechanic damaged the new tire and they were not able to change the tires. Also there was a part which I have left in the service previous time for paint and it was not ready and I had to make another appointment. I waited for 7 hours without action.
Then I received an invoice which was incorrect. The sum was higher than the listed items. It was communicated as acummulation error due to very old system you have. Even I objected, it was not accepted but system error was comfirmed. My experience this time was horrible.
