Order placed 25/11/2025 with a 3-7 working day estimated delivery time. Order acknowledged 26/11/2025, items will be shipped shortly. Nothing received since, tried contacting by chat - no response. Tried calling asked not to contact till 10 working days passed since estimated delivery date, at which point still unable to speak to someone as advised to email. Partner still waiting for his Birthday present!
