I've had these extensions for weeks…
I've had these extensions for weeks now. The tape is horrible even following directions they slide out if not every wash every second and the tapes not long enough for all these replacements i bought another muse tape as I had run out and now I'm running out of the new one and it doesn't stick worse than the first one and that was $40 inc shipping on its own . The oil that helps you remove the hair strips the toner from your hair so you are left with patchy brassy spots. Without them in my hair is now so scraggy like a mullet I feel so ugly. I wouldn't recommend these. So so disappointed and they arrived not platinum blonde at all they were dark yellow.

We’ve searched our customer service database and haven’t been able to find any correspondence from you. We genuinely wish you had reached out to us directly, as we could have guided you through this and helped prevent a lot of the frustration you’ve described.
Tape slipping is most commonly caused by certain shampoos or products containing sulphates or alcohol, which can break down the adhesive. We provide a recommended product list and washing tutorial to ensure proper wear, and we’re always happy to walk customers through it step by step.
We’ve also never encountered our remover stripping toner in the way you’ve mentioned, so we would really appreciate photos so we can properly investigate and assist.
