i have booked parking for a week with them and have provided parking to AIrport Parking Luton, however on my return i needed a receipt in order to put on company expenses the parking of £100. I did not receive anything, contacted them via email and playing ping pong with the other company , as if i was the only one asking for a receipt when i have paid them! I have been ghosted in the end by their lovely customer service Anna Anderson, thank you! I will never use you again as even after a month i dont have a receipt!

I have booked parking for a week via a compare site with this company and paid around £100 , however when i have returned i needed a receipt in order to put that on company expenses, really rude guy who answered my call or emails, keep saying they dont provide VAT receipt and blaming on the other company and so on. I will complain to HMRC as well as they are legally binding to provide a receipt. Terrible people with no politeness in their vocabulary.
