Used numerous tommee tippee products…

Used numerous tommee tippee products with all 3 of my babies and never had an issue! Will always be my go to baby brand, they’re great!
Today I queried something and the customer service I received was amazing, I spoke with Antony, Morgan and Kelly who quickly got back to me and helped with my questions!

Total rubbish

I know, let’s design a bottle with holes at the top so it spills milk all over your baby…. Whilst we’re at it, how about a bottle shape that means the last 5-10 mil is always left at the bottom.

My 2 week old could have come up with a better bottle.

I had refused to accept an order…

I had refused to accept an order delivery and learning that my parents had purchased me the same items as a gift, however even though the package worth of over £400 had been returned for over 3 weeks, no refund had been processed. I had to keep chasing this and none of the agents were helpful, apart from the 3rd agent I had spoke to. Not sure I’d be any to order from you again based on my returns experience!

When an order is rejected at delivery, this then needs to be processed at the couriers facility, relabelled with new tracking information and returned to us. Once we recieve the order back we then need to process the return. We recommend using our returns protal https://www.tommeetippee.com/en-gb/returns if you do not need your order any longer as this will be a much speedier process when returning your order. 

We will take on board the feedback in regards to the speed of resolving this for you and will use this to continue to improve the services we provide to ensure this is a seamless process in future.

worst customer service

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order during a promotion of free soother with a NightGlow Pod purchase, but the soother never arrived.

When I contacted support, the response was slow, and their first reaction was to ask for a screenshot as "proof" of the promotion. Who honestly expects to keep evidence of a website offer just to receive what they paid for? When I told them I didn’t have a screenshot, they claimed the offer had ended before my purchase - even though it was still live on their site when I checked out.

It feels like they are making customers pay for their own technical mistakes. The soother is worth less than £10, which is nothing compared to what I spent, but the dismissive, rude attitude really bothers me. I won't be shopping here again.
