Absolutely lifesaving products for our newborn and toddler
Tommee Tippee has been an absolute lifesaver for our family. We use the Perfect Prep machine, bottles and dummies, and they’ve helped us through the newborn trenches massively. Honestly, these are the best products — my husband and I don’t know how we would cope without them.
Our daughters thrive with Tommee Tippee, and as parents juggling a toddler and a newborn, these products make daily life so much easier. Our toddler even enjoys helping feed her baby sister and giving her the dummies, which is such a lovely bonding moment.
A special thank you to Beverley and Beth in customer service — their support was outstanding and genuinely appreciated. ❤️

After a recent family bereavement
After a recent family bereavement, dealing with customer service was the absolute last thing our family wanted to do. However, Jo and Cienne from the Tommee Tippee Parent Care Specialist team were an absolute breath of fresh air. When looking for replacement star valves for the anti colic bottles, I emailed with Florence, when they couldn't replace the star valves they replaced all the bottles there and then, fast service and response, very friendly. Full confidence in the brand, as I have purchased many of the Tommee tippee products. I raised a ticket on sunday (closed) about an issue with a product. I received a prompt reply first thing today (Monday). I was asked a few questions as standard i would say and had to give my details and was quickly sent a replacement to help resolve my issue. Beverley was understanding and helpful with my query. Excellent customer service as ive dealt with different team members a couple of times and they have always been helpful.
