Biggest load of crap on the internet

Biggest load of crap on the internet. Help is completely useless and the platfrom is difficult to use and riddled with spam.
They have just introduced a tariff of about £5 per month for using a mailbaox if above 15Gb... and make it impossible to clear the content. Avoid at all costs.

I have been using yahoo email for years…

I have been using yahoo email for years and all of a sudden I am locked out . All of my files have been erased and important information I had is gone for good. I cant get a single live agent to chat and have been unsuccessfull in getting through to someone to speak with. All this started when they changed how yahoo looked and they were trying to get you to sign up for a paid email account. They have got to be crazy if they think consumers will pay for this kind of service. It also blocks out information that is sent through your email with out your input whether you want that or not. I am so aggravated with yahoo and will never use them again.

I've been using yahoo for years…

I've been using yahoo for years recently I am bombarded with advertising emails especially from Temu. They send porn pictures I can't stop it and I have never installed their app or bought a thing from them. Yahoo. used to be email and news. It is turning into ads. Getting sick of it.

Yahoo sucks

Yahoo sucks! They got caught in the 90s for illegal pedo chatrooms! Nothing has changed since then, now it’s a safe space for pedos to use their free speech and they erase any comments they don’t agree with. Yahoo you motherfu(kers can go to hell!

The worst mail provider you could hope…

The worst mail provider you could hope for, they deleted 50k of my emails and couldnt recover them because thier imap is shockingly bad, they will also delete everything if you dont log on for 12 months with 0 hope of recovery. They have now also introduced a 15gb limit per account, shambles. I will archive and then move elsewhere

I would rate Yahoo Mail a zero

I would rate Yahoo Mail a zero if it was an option. Worst mail service I have ever used. Horrible user interface full of pop ups and ads unless of course you pay.

Are these people for real

Are these people for real? Just had an email from them saying I have gone over 55GB of usage. They want £1.99 a month to 'Unlock' my account. Fair enough, but a bit of a warning would have been nice. I use the account for business, and I see I have two unread emails. I can't open them. I've been with Yahoo email for 20 years.
Big business for you errrrr. Shoot yourself in the back, Yahoo. You'll get a few peeps paying you £1.99 to access their accounts. Then we'll go to Google.
Rgds Paul
Edit. It's 15GB, not 55GB. Yeah ~ I can do a lot with that (sarcasm intended).

20 YEARS OF EMAIL GOT DELETED!!!!!

I never received any notification via phone or recovery email that yahoo will be deleting every single email if you’re inactive for 12 months. And that it is “IMPOSSIBLE” to get those deleted emails. WTF??? 20+ years of emails that is mixed with memories, old communication, credentials, and so much more that I FREAKING NEEEEEED!!!! Damn you Yahoo Mail!!!

( I wish it was no star on here that’s…

( I wish it was no star on here that’s what they need ) I am extremely frustrated with Yahoo Mail. My password was suddenly changed without my authorization, and I have completely lost access to my email account that contains both personal and business information.

I went through their support process and provided all the required verification details to prove my identity, yet I was told there is “nothing they can do” to help me recover my account. That is unacceptable for a company handling sensitive user data.

This situation has caused serious inconvenience and potential financial impact, and the lack of accountability or real support is very concerning. There should ALWAYS be a secure way for legitimate users to regain access to their accounts.

I would not recommend Yahoo Mail to anyone who values their data security or customer support. If you ever lose access, don’t expect real help.

Slow Yahoo Makes Molasses Look Like A Speed Demon

Yahoo! is part of the global New World Order and is one big AI Bot. Don't expect any kind of support from them, unless you pay for their services. Their website is all full of fake AI generated propaganda stories and is Constipated slow, and so is their e-mail. Zero is too high a rating for them!!

FU Yahoo

I would just like to say that the fact that Yahoo has put any Live Customer Support behind a paywall is b*******. Customer service has to be accessed through a condescending and very unhelpful chatbot. Your help page is not helpful at all. All I have to say is FU Yahoo! If I could give you negative 100 Stars I would do it...y'all suck🤮🤮🤮🤮
