Yesterday I had to renew my daughter’s tenancy agreement and reduce her rent. She needed a new version also due to the changes in tenancy agreements I was able to provide the new requirements. I used the web to find a template and chose one, (Documentify.co.uk), It seemed straight forward so I went ahead. The following day I had an issue when I received a message when trying to create the document so I could print it or send it , but I persevered until I was able to send this to my daughter. The next issue was when I kept getting emails from the company asking me to print my document which I had done but now they wanted me to pay. I queried why when I had paid for a full year, subscription- Then the most helpful person on this planet ‘Ernesto Padilla’ asked if I had used a different email log on when paying. I said yes as my AOL email is linked to my bank account. He said that is the problem …..So simple when you know why, so now everything is fine but the speed in which Ernesto dealt with the issue on a ‘Bank Holiday’ in this country was remarkable within minutes everything was verified and I received back his feedback of what I needed to do. Why isn’t this standard of assistance everywhere else? Well Done Ernesto and thank you for your time.

Our Faro to London flight was cancelled after the scheduled departure time while we waited at the gate. What followed was a total failure of process and basic human decency: - Zero Triage: Despite travelling with a baby and a toddler, we were given no priority. We were left waiting while seats on the remaining direct flight disappeared, only to be offered an unacceptable next-day connection via Dublin. - Abysmal Duty of Care: After hours stranded with hungry, exhausted children, BA booked a hotel but provided no transport, suggesting we manage two infants and luggage on a bus. - No Basic Support: When we urgently needed baby food and nappies, BA offered nothing. It was the local Faro airport ground crew—not BA—who stepped in to help us. - Shocking Customer Service: When we called the BA helpline, the representative dismissed us entirely, stating she was "in a different country, so what do we expect her to do." We were forced to abandon BA and pay out of pocket for a last-minute easyJet flight just to get our children home safely. BA is operationally broken. Expect zero support or accountability when things go wrong.

I’m from Ukraine and currently living in Japan, and MAKEUP was recommended to me as a place where I could order the cosmetics I’m used to using. Everything really does arrive within a couple of weeks, and I had free shipping as well (though I don’t remember exactly from what order amount it applies). There was only one issue: I received the wrong perfume. It was a very similar product from the same line with almost identical packaging (apparently someone had put the wrong barcode sticker on the back). However, I contacted customer support, and my issue was resolved within a couple of days — they arranged a full refund. Overall, I haven’t heard of any of my friends having similar situations, so it seems more like an accidental mistake rather than a regular problem, and the company handled it quickly and professionally.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience, product quality, and customer service/responsiveness from Divine Song. The entire process was easy and the results far exceeded my expectations. I know Divine Song uses AI generation, but it’s hard to imagine technology producing such personal, intimate, and emotional lyrics paired with heart tugging music and amazing vocal talent. How do they do it?! Delivery was quick and I was amazed by the overall quality of my personalized song. Divine Song hit it out of the park. Working with their customer service team was a dream. They are very kind and responsive and bent over backward to make sure my experience was exceptional. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using the Veonskin LED mask for a few weeks now and I’m honestly impressed with the results. Luna was extremely helpful, patient and professional throughout the process. Although I was initially very unhappy with the large increase in my renewal price, Luna took the time to explain everything clearly, helped update my policy details, waived the admin fee and worked with the pricing team to reduce the premium significantly. Really appreciate her support and excellent customer service.

I highly recommend Lokalo 😊 Managing two studios, it really helps me a lot and makes everyday work much easier. It’s great for planning posts, organizing photos, and managing content overall. If you are thinking in collecting, packing and shipping your delicate items, like pictures, and you are not far away the Hammersmith area, this is your place. No doubts at all. The parcel arrived home very well packed and in perfect condition. After two years of my previous review, I can say that they continue at the same outstanding level. Fantastic !!!!

After you sold me the flowers, you didn't deliver them. I had to call, and then it took yet another day to deliver the flowers. Then, you delivered an ugly bouquet with yellow flowers, when I specifically ordered all white flowers. The bouquet looked nothing like what I paid for. Your service was horrible and I would never use you again.
