Abuse of customer loyalty - STAY AWAY
We have used them for 2 years on a VIP contract. HOwever waiting times have been up to 3-4 hours to get the car.
Last pickup April 4th, was 1 hours 20 minutes wait, car had not been parked insite, not cleaned, so we pay 855 Euro for a Zone 3 parking, but get Zone 1 parking service that is normally charged with 680 Euro.
We have cancelled our remaining 2 month, since we have been unable to get in contact with them for a week.

I parked my car with them for 4 days. Initially no problems, parked the car, the lady in the office gave me the ticket with the number to call on my return and the shuttle bus took me to the airport. However, on my return the number I was given was unobtainable. I also went into the kiosk where I was to meet the shuttle and got them to call. Same response!!! I waited a while just in case the bus came on the off chance but it never did. Therefore, I had no choice but to get a taxi to the parking site. When I explained to them that the number they gave me did not work and I had just spent 20 euros on a taxi and would they reimburse me, They gave me a very short 'no' in response and told me I should have called a totally different number which I hadn't been given and it was not their problem!! I then asked where my car was and they just said outside!! so I had to go and find it.

I’ve tried contacting this company by WhatsApp & email on multiple occasions without any replies. Do not use them as theft seems to be ok with them.

Dropped car off at Malaga airport no problem! Collecting the car… 45 minutes to bring the car after two phone calls .. car was filthy not cleaned as promised and the paint work is damaged .. not a great advert … be careful using this company

The worst service received. On the day of the the pick up the excuse was a lot of police check - ok understandable. On the day of delivery very late delivery excuse there was an accident 😳
Some excuse or another still waiting for the car that was supposed to be delivered 1 and a half hour ago. Hope we make it home tonight

Terrible service on arrival. You have time to go to the ladies and get lost in the airport and you will still wait 30 mins before they arrive with the car.
This is the second time this has happened. Several years ago I waited in the dark in the car park for at least 20 mins. There was no attendant and I was left standing alone. I only used the service again as I forgot the name of the company in the interim.

Check in was quick but collection was a disaster. I waited over an hour for my car. It was not washed, just sprinkled with a hose and left to dry. No cleaning inside. Don’t believe their website. These are cowboys.
Second time, never again
This is the second time that I have used this company. The first time when collecting my car at Malaga airport it took almost two hours to get my car. I booked it a second time thinking that the first time was just bad luck. I arrived back in Malaga at 20.20 and didn't get my car until 22.55. Unfortunitly I didn't take a note of my milage but my pertol was low compared to when I left it in, money was missing from the centre console and my camera in the car had been disconnected which meant that I had no recording of where my car was. My advice to anyone is, if you have to pay a bit more do so or you will spend a good part of your life waiting to get your car back

I wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews before I decided to entrust my car to these lying, cheating cowboys. Like another reviewer, I paid for level 3, indoor parking, but my dashcam revealed it to be clearly parked outside. The deal should have included cleaning inside and out but that didn't happen either and the dashcam revealed the very rudimentary facilities they use. They obviously realized that my dashcam was running so they disconnected it so the next footage was when I was driving it away. I called them from the train coming into Alicante at 20:10 telling them that we would arrive in 13 minutes. The car was not available when we arrived albeit that their instructions say to let them know if you are going to be early or late. After many phone calls, 5 in total, during which they couldn't tell me where the car was but we'd have it in 10 minutes. The car finally showed up at 21:30. The dashcam showed that they didn't even start it up until 21:03 almost an hour after my original call.
My 79 year old wife and I stood on the pavement waiting for our car for more than an hour along with our baggage. These people cared not a jot about that or the inconvenience cause. They also would only accept cash for payment. This we find most unusual in this day and age when people selling magazines and the like on the street have card readers.
Clearly a company not to be trusted !!

Privacy put on car by them (1-parking) / one of staff upon collection straight away. So had no idea where car was for 10 days. When I questioned this , they said they would get back to me. Thankfully, got car back after worrying for the week, there was a mark on car - no idea what it was but they have not responded

I have given 1 star as not possible to give 0 stars. We had to wait more than the guaranteed 15 minutes to receive the car on pick up. They then told us we had 10 minutes to get out of the car park or would have to pay for the parking. We left straight away but the ticket wouldn't work. When we called they insisted we must have stayed more than 10 minutes which we hadn't and that it wasn't their problem and we had to talk to the carpark who charged us for the parking. By this time it was more than 10 minutes as we had been on the phone so long with 1-parking trying to sort out the problem. The customer service was terrible, they were rude and inisted it was our fault and the problem was not theirs but the carparks. This is the carpark they tell their clients to use!!! Not only did it cost us extra with having to pay for the carpark it also meant we couldn't leave when we wanted and were there for ages trying to sort it out. Not what you want at the end of a holiday when it is late at night and you have a 2 hour drive ahead of you.

I’ve picking up my car , the front bumper was damage, still no solution about how to repair.
I’ve payed for indoor parking but my dashcam registrated that my car was park outdoor. So every time i;’ve parked there the car was outdoor, also father complain about that my car was parked outside they don’t park inside.
Also long waiting for pickup the car father landing. Phone call’s several times called but no response. Father 15-20 minutes lucky that I got somebody on the phone.

I had arranged to collect my car from Malaga airport
I had arranged to collect my car from Malaga on Sunday 10/12 at 19:20. I called from the airport at 19:14 like it said once I had collected my luggage.
My car was finally brought to me in the express carpark at 20:16. There were many people like me waiting in the cold, dark carpark for over an hour. I find this a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting. Bad service - wouldn’t recommend.

Returned from a 10 day trip on Nov 6th to find 242km on our car, I was so glad my husband took a photo of the odometer reading before we left.
Dented back bumper, broken center console and we had to change the rear tire as it had a huge lump in it from it probably hitting the pavement.
They said we would be compensated for the damage and gas for km and now nothing, I guess that they thought we would go away quietly.
I paid for secure covered parking and someone obviously took our car and I have no idea what they did to it. Our mechanic said that from the computer it looked like someone took it the night of November 4th around midnight.
Have asked for an explanation or cctv footage and we are just getting fobbed off from a woman called Maria who is supposed to be in charge.
If you want to save yourself some grief just pay the extra for parking at the airport.
Also note that I originally requested the parking service through OK parking and 1 parking is where I received the confirmation from. (Probably the same company).
Still awaiting a response 3 weeks later, have now sent a lawyers letter.

I had an appointment with them today at 2:50 p.m., I was waiting at the Alicante train station and I had to give them my car for 2 days.
I arrived 10 minutes early and called their phone to let them know I had arrived. A lady answered me (she was also talking to someone else from the office) and she told me that I came too fast and that I have to wait.
I asked her to inform her colleagues that she had arrived, but she began to explain that perhaps her colleagues were busy and that she had to wait.
I called again after 10 minutes, the same lady answered, she kept me on the phone for a few minutes to identify the car's details, etc. (anyway, she had ordered it on her website), after which she told me that someone would come... who never came.
The third time he didn't bother to answer, so I ran desperately to park somewhere else and not miss the train.
I would have some comments:
1. Business owners should look for competent people who have heard of what "customer service" means.
2. You probably forget that you will be in a job in 2023.
3. The bathtub would be 0 (zero) stars, I would definitely give it.

I was a client for more then 2 years (yearly contract). Now I only wanted to extend this contract with three months. I understand you have to pay a little more per month but 4/5 more. But okay they cheated on me but I had no choice. When I gave them the car I got an email that they made a mistake and for this expensive service a couldn't pick-up the car. Only after the period ended. But in the email with the offer they gave me they it would cost 15 euro per pick-up. They also drive around with your car. I was happy with there service. Don't know what changed but I won't recommend them
