No longer a customer after 9 Years - avoid

I have been a customer for 9 years but will now stop. There are lots of good and honest people who work for 1-Parking and there are others who lie and are just taking your money. Car collection on arrival has got really slow and most times you have to call at least twice to even have someone answer the phone. It all worked so well in the past but this last year I’ve been really disappointed. My car has been damaged by 1-Parking several times over the 9 years but they have repaired it. Sadly and most recently they caused damage, denied it and it has cost me €500 to get my own repair in order to pass the iTV. Avoid.

Things stolen from the car

They had our car for 4 days and some items are missing from the car like USB cable and a battery series charger. They are informed about it but they are keeping us waiting with emails etc...

Irresponsible behaviour

Yesterday, our scheduled collection time was 18:30 at María Zambrano Train Station. We contacted your team at around 17:00, and we were informed that our car would be returned to the same location where we had originally left it, in front of the train station.
When we collected the car, we inspected the exterior and found no visible damage. We then paid the 1Parking delivery representative in cash and drove back towards Estepona. However, during our journey home, we discovered that the car had received a €50 parking fine at 17:43, despite our official collection time being 18:30. This raises serious concerns. Was the car parked in front of the train station for since we left since 23rd Dec, or was it returned significantly earlier and left there unattended?
We do not understand why we are being held responsible for this fine, as the vehicle was under the company’s care at the time the ticket was issued.
This situation reflects a lack of responsibility and professionalism, and it is extremely disappointing.

1carpark and 1Parking

1carpark and 1Parking, Alicante are the same scaundrels.
Recommend do not park cars with their service. They can use your cars while you are outside Spain.
I got a transport fine to pay as they used my car and got a transport police fine. But as I am the owner of the car fine was paid by me.
To my several applays to 1 Parking/1carpark and to the police office, I did not get any answers.

the worst parking company ever!!!!!!!!!! just thiefs!!

I am truly disappointed with the the poorest car park service I ever experienced. I paid the complete service (Zona 3, for to have my car parked in an indoor parking , and full cleaning exterior and interior. I got the car back dirtier than I left it (Obviously it wasn't parked indoor nor cleaned!!) and as if that wasn't bad enough , on top my 100ml Tom Ford perfume was gone, so yes they've stolen my 200€ perfume. Tried to get an explanation from the employed to all this when he handed the car over, he could not care less, walked away without any consideration or even bothering in giving me an explanation/reason or at lest an excuse... The lack of effort or any interest to help when calling customer service did not make the situation any better. Never again! the worst parking company ever

Please be cautious

Please be cautious. I made the mistake of leaving my wallet in the car, and I reported it to the staff within 90 minutes of dropping off the vehicle. I was told that my wallet had been found and that I should speak to a supervisor when I returned. However, when I came back two days later, cash and a credit card were missing from the wallet. There was no supervisor on duty or reachable, and the A1 employees were dismissive and even laughed at the situation. It has now been five weeks, and I still have not received any response from management.

This company is awful, AVOID

This company is awful, i've been using this for a few years, never good but NEVER like now. They damage my car, took forever to get them to response to my complain, NEVER pay anything for my repair. NOT trustworthy at all. Yesterday i waited 1 hour 50 min. to get my car back. People rude and useless. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunatelly i cannot give them a 0 star! Awful awful awful! AVOID at all costs!

Avoid 1 Parking Alicante

After an hour waiting and numerous calls they said the car wouldn't start. I asked them to bring me to the car and I would start it..
Nobody showed up, they stopped answering the phone to me. Other people allowed me to use there phone. It took more calls for them to say they lost the key.
'Sorry. Get a taxi and we will reimburse you'
I explained I needed to get to the car. My keys were in it and I would need to arrange a grua to take it home.
They agreed but again never showed up.
This is a dreadful collection of people. I got a taxi home and a locksmith.
The next day they could not give me any information about the car or where I could get it ( with the spare key)
I told them I was reporting the car as stolen.
They called back to say the found the key and would bring the car to me. The following morning they brought the car to me. With a nearly flat tyre and a smell of damp.
Even then they assured me they would refund my expenses. They didn't and have ignored all calls and emails since.
Bandits. Avoid them. Read the other reviews here and on google

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience with 1Parking Málaga

We had a really bad experience with 1Parking at Málaga. When we left our car, we were told it would be cleaned and that the tires would be checked. When we picked it up, it was actually in worse condition than when we dropped it off — dirty inside and out, and clearly not cleaned properly.

To make things worse, a pair of sunglasses that were in the car were missing. We have read the receipt they gave us and obviously… it says it’s not there problem or responsibility if something goes missing.

We also had to pay extra for parking, and they only accepted cash, which felt very unprofessional and inconvenient.

We actually had a bad feeling before dropping the car off, but since we hadn’t used this company before, we decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, after our experience, we’ve now seen the many other horrendous reviews from customers with similar issues — and we really wish we’d read them beforehand.

We trusted 1Parking with our vehicle and belongings, and we’re extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of responsibility. We would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy car park in Málaga.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The drop off and pick up went ok except we had to pay in cash and he had no change. We had to collect the car on a back road at Alicante train station due to road works and the guy drove off before we got in the car and found a extra 75km on the clock. We've complained but looking at other reviews I guess we aren't going to hear from them. Lesson learnt, do your research!

a 1-parking disaster

For 4 years I had an annual contract with 1-parking but the last year the level of service has been declining rapidly.
- End of May 2025 I had to wait for more than 2 hours to get my car at the Malaga airport.
- Yesterday I had to wait for almost an hour and a half.
- I pay for my car to be parked inside but it always remains outside.
They simply do not provide the service we pay good money for.
Furthermore, the usb-c cable disappeared from my car as well as a few 1 euro coins.
This proves that some people working for this company cannot be trusted.

Una de ellas nos comentó que incluso entregaron un coche con la ventanilla rota tras un robo. ¡¡Totalmente inaceptable!!

Terrible service – long waits and damaged cars

We booked FAST TRACK and were promised that the car would be waiting for us upon arrival. Instead, we have been waiting for over an hour at Málaga airport, while others have already been waiting for two hours. One person even reported that a car was returned with a broken window after a break-in. Absolutely unacceptable!!

Ideally I’d give them a 0-star review

Ideally I’d give them a 0-star review.
NEVER have they delivered the car on time and our last car had to undergo repairs incurring thousands of euros.
Ended our contract with them when it took them over an hour to deliver the car and could not reach anyone over the phone.
Over 3 people tried calling over a period of 40 minutes and we weren’t able to get through to a soul.
I’ve never come across such ATROCIOUS service. There’s a lack of accountability and should be considered a scam.

AUTHORITIES SHOULD SHUT THE COMPANY DOWN

I left my car with this company on July 21st, 2025.
When I handed it over, I had a feeling of distrust and the sense that I didn’t really know who I was leaving my car with or what would happen to it—but the rush to catch a flight doesn’t leave you much time to think. The guy told us that they would be tracking our return flight and ready to hand over the car as soon as we landed.

The pickup on July 29th confirmed my suspicions: When we got off the plane, we started calling them, but they wouldn’t answer. After several attempts, a man with a sleepy voice gave us vague and unclear directions about where to collect the car. We asked him to send us a location pin, but he didn’t. In the second call, he gave us the same bad directions again, said the car was already at the express parking lot at the airport and that we should hurry up—and then he hung up.

It was 3 a.m. We wandered around endlessly. We finally found the place—but the car wasn’t there. We kept calling and they kept ignoring the phone. Just when we were convinced it was a scam and our car had been stolen, a man appeared driving it at high speed through the parking lot. We ran toward him, and I asked angrily where he had been and why he wasn’t answering the phone. He started yelling at me, saying the parking entrance was closed, the lights were off…He said his name was JORGE. Totally unprofessional. A complete scam.

When I finally recovered my car, I realized it hadn’t been washed inside or out. On the contrary, it smelled strongly of sweat. Someone had pushed the driver’s seat way back and messed with all the controls without knowing how to use them: automatic headlights turned off, electronic parking brake deactivated… And of course, the car had not been kept indoors.

After reading reviews from other people whose cars were stolen, I feel lucky just to have mine back—but I have no idea where it was, under what conditions, or how it was used while I was away.

Do not use this company. It’s a scam. It’s a disgrace that the authorities do nothing and allow them to continue operating at Málaga Airport.
