difficult to use and figure out where to add items

The system kept saying it was offline. Last night I literally had to shut it down; I tried for hours to move forward but couldn't. Also, this program makes it hard to add different items. I couldn't enter my other payments and the carried-over income on the 1040, or the NJ income with my $100 payment in April.

Easy to use, but may require workarounds for niche tax issues

Overall I thought using 1040.com was an easy experience. I would have provided it 5 stars, but I could not find the excess contribution reversal option for an HSA so I had to edit to provide a miscellaneous line item to account for this scenario.

Otherwise, the experience was great. Copying and pasting are also an issue, but I was able to handle all my tax information including an extension easily through 1040.com.
